Bookings & Payments

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
• No-shows or late cancellations may be non-refundable.

Service Changes

Top5 Dubai reserves the right to modify or cancel any experience due to weather, safety concerns, or supplier issues. In such cases, we will offer alternatives or a refund.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking and contact information.
• Comply with local laws and tour operator rules during activities.
• You are responsible for your safety and belongings during experiences.

Limitation of Liability

Top5 Dubai is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses during third-party tours or activities. We act as an intermediary between you and the service providers.
